What you'll do:

Join our high-performing Safety, Health, and Wellbeing team at our Adelaide Distribution Centre in Wingfield, SA. You will support our South Australia and Western Australia sites, with occasional travel, to achieve our strategic goal: A Safer Place to Work Every Day. Your role involves managing physical and psychosocial risks, ensuring compliance, building capability, and improving safety performance.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading safety initiatives to keep teams healthy, engaged, and compliant
  • Driving risk management across people, processes, and environments
  • Championing wellbeing programs that make a difference
  • Ensuring compliance with safety management systems, legislation, and insurance requirements
  • Coaching leaders, investigating incidents, and delivering training

We seek a hands-on safety partner who thrives on collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and high standards. In return, you'll join a respected national brand dedicated to protecting and empowering its people.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or Warehousing
  • Strong knowledge of OH&S legislation and standards
  • Stakeholder management and consultation skills with the ability to influence outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel (formulas, pivot tables), online reporting, and iOS devices
  • Completion of Return-to-Work Coordinator, ICAM Incident Investigation, and Traffic Management training is advantageous
  • Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment are required
