About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Success Partner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-leading the design and delivery of programs and services that empower students' academic success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education or an academic literacies-related field, with expertise in research-informed design and best practice in inclusive program delivery. They will also possess high-level analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to think strategically and creatively, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-lead the design and delivery of programs and services that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement, manage, and prioritise the end-to-end delivery of programs.
  • Develop and deliver programs that cater to the diverse needs of students, including those who are at risk.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in education or an academic literacies-related field.
  • Strong background in teaching or academic staff experience in a STEM discipline.
  • Knowledge of research and best practice regarding the innovation and optimisation of programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to advise and influence key stakeholders.
