Key Responsibilities

The role involves contributing to co-designed workshops, assisting with innovative initiatives, and helping shape and deliver real-world solutions through inclusive design and collaborative delivery.

As a strong administrative professional, your tasks will include coordinating meetings, logistics, and follow-up actions across various projects. You will also manage records, documentation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

In this role, you will work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team to provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, including updating them on project developments and coordinating content.

Requirements
  • Experience in disability, social impact, or the not-for-profit sector is highly valued.
  • A tertiary qualification in business administration, project support, or a related field is beneficial.
  • You must possess reliability, a people-first mindset, clear communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
