Join Our Team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at PeopleIN. As a key player in our Industrial Specialist Services (ISS) division, you will be responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted database and email marketing campaigns to engage with our audience.
  • Manage our website's content management system (CMS), including creating landing pages, optimizing content, and improving performance.
  • Drive paid lead generation activities across social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and other digital channels.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and acquisition activities to inform future strategies.
  • Manage our social media presence across all platforms and create engaging content to resonate with our audience.
  • Develop on-brand assets and resources to support our marketing efforts.
  • Oversee our digital marketing platforms, including Google My Business, Google Analytics, and SEM tools.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing and communications.
  • Experience with multi-channel digital lead generation campaigns.
  • An eye for creativity and basic design skills.
  • Experience with website CMS and database marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn Campaigns, and the Google suite.
  • Excellent workflow and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
