Professional Claims Assurer

We're seeking a skilled Claims Assurance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance framework, you'll play a critical role in ensuring compliance with our claims handling standards.
Responsibilities include conducting technical claim reviews, aggregating results, and providing trend analysis and reporting to the claims management team. You'll also be responsible for administrative support to Quality Assurance Specialists and Leads as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and experience working in life insurance claims. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for this role.
Key qualifications include:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Claims Consultant in Life Insurance Claims;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Well-developed analysis and problem-solving skills;
- Self-management skills including planning, prioritizing, and time management;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines.
