You will develop and utilise your communication and interpersonal skills to liaise and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders on case or matter-related issues.
As a Senior Federal Prosecutor, you will utilise cutting edge technology to assess briefs of evidence and apply relevant legislation, policy and procedures to frame criminal charges.
You will exercise judgement to make legal decisions and recommendations, sometimes working to deadlines within tight timeframes.
You will have carriage of significant prosecutions on behalf of the Director and provide legal advice to the Director and partner agencies to drive prosecution outcomes.

You may have had exposure to prosecutions or criminal law, worked in a commercial litigation practice, or been a judge's associate and are seeking a role in which you can apply this experience to progress your career.
