Job Description

This is a senior leadership role for a marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture. The successful candidate will balance strategic leadership, executional delivery, and team mentoring, playing an active role in both shaping and delivering regional marketing success. This role includes management of direct reports and requires the ability to lead by example — executing campaigns and programs personally where needed, while also empowering and coaching the team for growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead field marketing strategy and execution for ASEAN and ANZ regions in close alignment with regional sales leadership.
  • Drive program excellence and consistency across all APJ sub-regions, aligning global campaigns with regional go-to-market needs and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with channel marketing leads and partner teams to develop and execute joint partner programs that drive channel-sourced pipeline.
What You Will Do - Marketing Program Development & Execution
  • Owning the development, localization, and rollout of integrated demand generation campaigns, including net new logo acquisition, upsell/cross-sell, and partner-led programs.
  • Overseeing channel program development and partner marketing plans, ensuring alignment with APJ partner priorities and routes to market.
  • Building and maintaining a data-driven view of target accounts and buyer personas, aligning campaign execution to sales territories and pipeline priorities.
