Regional Field Marketing Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing expert to lead our field marketing strategy and execution for ASEAN and ANZ regions. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for driving program excellence and consistency across all APJ sub-regions, aligning global campaigns with regional go-to-market needs and sales objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy for ASEAN and ANZ regions in close alignment with regional sales leadership.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between APJ field marketing and global marketing functions, including campaigns, product marketing, digital, operations, and channel.
  • Promote program excellence and consistency across all APJ sub-regions, aligning global campaigns with regional go-to-market needs and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with channel marketing leads and partner teams to design and implement joint partner programs that drive channel-sourced pipeline.
  • Provide senior strategic guidance to field teams on campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization.
  • Owning the development, localization, and rollout of integrated demand generation campaigns, including net new logo acquisition, upsell/cross-sell, and partner-led programs.
  • Oversee channel program development and partner marketing plans, ensuring alignment with APJ partner priorities and routes to market.
  • Build and maintain a data-driven view of target accounts and buyer personas, aligning campaign execution to sales territories and pipeline priorities.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy for ASEAN and ANZ regions in close alignment with regional sales leadership.
  • Marketing Program Development & Execution: Own the development, localization, and rollout of integrated demand generation campaigns, including net new logo acquisition, upsell/cross-sell, and partner-led programs.

As a central orchestrator, you will align cross-functional priorities while empowering the field to activate programs locally.
