Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned customer marketing professional to lead the strategy and execution of customer engagement programs. As our Customer Marketing Specialist, you will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver integrated campaigns that drive deep customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing customer journey communication plans end-to-end, from design to delivery.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to plan and execute email, direct mail, statement inserts and messaging campaigns.
  • Analyzing customer behavior data to inform design and customer engagement strategies.
  • Managing all approvals for campaign activity to ensure compliance, regulatory and legal requirements are met.
  • Setting, monitoring and reviewing campaigns to optimize results.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer marketing and/or campaign management, data-driven and/or loyalty marketing.
  • A Business or Marketing degree and/or similar tertiary qualification.
  • Adobe or Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
  • A Financial Services or insurance background is highly regarded.
