**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Engagement Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and manage a pipeline of new and existing customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on our products and services, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and manage a pipeline of new and existing customers
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management
