About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Communications Manager to join our team in the USA/Northern market. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the coordination of digital marketing campaigns, including cross-channel, SEM, SEO, and email marketing. You will also oversee the social and brand communications strategy for the USA/Northern market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth and engagement
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing specialist, e-commerce team, and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions
  • Manage the day-to-day operations and relationships with producers and web developers
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and market trends
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and/or PR or marketing communications
  • Strong ability to use content management systems and email marketing platforms
  • Experience in leading a team and building collaborative working relationships
  • Able to plan, organize, schedule, and project manage in an efficient way
  • The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
  • Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills
  • Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills
  • Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
