About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of brand initiatives, driving business growth, and increasing customer value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and display networks.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to lead the creation, planning, testing, and implementation of campaigns, setting KPIs and targets for each marketing channel.
  • Maximise return on ad spend and increase website conversion rates by optimising digital marketing efforts.
  • Drive strong growth while ensuring customer acquisition at target costs, and shape the approach to marketing analytics and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to test and iterate new ad concepts, and explore new and up-and-coming platforms.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing intelligence or a similar role, ideally from a digital-first retail business.
  • Subject matter expertise on the use of the Google marketing suite and Meta, with proven skills and delivery of exploring new and up-and-coming platforms.
  • Experience driving aggressive growth metrics and achieving results, with an analytical mindset and exceptional data manipulation and analytics skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in Business or Commerce or similar, or equivalent experience.
