About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Communications Manager to join our team in the USA/Northern market. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the coordination of digital marketing campaigns, including cross-channel, SEM, SEO and email marketing. You will also oversee the social and brand communications strategy for the USA/Northern market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth and engagement
  • Oversee the social and brand communications strategy to build brand awareness and reputation
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing specialist, e-commerce team and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions
  • Manage day-to-day operations and relationships with producers and web developers
  • Lead and develop a high-performing digital marketing team
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and/or PR or marketing communications
  • Strong ability to use content management systems and email marketing platforms
  • Experience in leading a team and building collaborative working relationships
  • Able to plan, organise, schedule and project manage in an efficient way
  • The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
  • Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills
  • Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions
  • Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
