We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Geelong. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing customer value through the strategic development and execution of brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and display networks.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to lead the creation, planning, testing, and implementation of campaigns, setting KPIs and targets for each marketing channel.
- Maximise return on ad spend and increase website conversion rates through data-driven decision making and continuous optimisation.
- Collaborate with creative teams to test and iterate new ad concepts, and develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that promotes curiosity and enticement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest paid media trends and technologies, and explore and test new ad formats and strategies to expand digital reach and engage new audiences.
- Proven experience in marketing intelligence or a similar role, ideally from a digital-first retail business.
- Subject matter expertise on the use of the Google marketing suite and Meta, with proven skills and delivery of exploring new and up-and-coming platforms.
- Experience managing significant digital marketing budgets across multiple channels, optimising allocation for maximum impact throughout the marketing funnel.
- Exceptional data manipulation and analytics skills, with the ability to build reports from scratch and drive aggressive growth metrics.
- Familiarity with other digital and traditional media planning and buying would be advantageous.
