Job Title: Senior Contract and Commercial Manager

Job Description:

Sydney Water is seeking an experienced Senior Contract and Commercial Manager to join our Capital Works Programme. This exciting opportunity will involve leading the development and management of commercial agreements for Major Projects, balancing a range of objectives including value for money, on-time delivery, risk management, sound process and efficiency.

You will be responsible for managing contract requirements, stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery. Your strong understanding of Construction Law and experience managing high-performing teams will be valuable assets in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • A relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience
  • Professional MRICs or equivalent qualification
  • 10+ years' contract and commercial management experience in construction and infrastructure projects
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convene complex commercial matters through reports and presentations
