Senior Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Contract Management initiatives. As Senior Consultant, you will provide expert commercial and contractual guidance to our clients across diverse construction projects.

  • Lead contract administration for major projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope.
  • Prepare comprehensive RFQ packages, including scope of works, pricing schedules, and relevant contract documentation.
  • Manage pre-award activities, responding to tender queries and clarifying contract documentation.
  • Oversee the full procurement life cycle from RFQ through to contract award and delivery.
  • Monitor contract performance, variations, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' industry experience in construction or infrastructure project delivery and contract management.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Experience mentoring or managing commercial teams.
