Job Title: Senior Contracts Administrator x2

This role is ideal for a detail-led professional seeking to make a real impact on large-scale new-build projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end contract administration of head contracts and subcontract packages.
  • Leading procurement, tender negotiations, scope clarifications, and amending contracts.
  • Managing variations, progress claims, claims certification, and payment reviews.
  • Providing accurate cost forecasts, budget reporting, and P&L analysis.
  • Identifying and managing commercial risks, delays, and claim disputes.
About You:
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar field.
  • Possess 5–7+ years' experience in contract administration on major commercial or hospitality projects (preferably $100M+).
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale new-build contract administration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong commercial acumen, and analytical rigour.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
