Commercial Contract Management Role

This role is ideal for individuals who have experience in managing commercial contracts and are looking to take on a challenging position that involves overseeing multiple projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Administering commercial contracts and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
    2. Managing project budgets and financial reports;
    3. Coordinating with project managers, site teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery;
    4. Preparing and tracking variations, claims, and payment schedules;
    5. Supporting compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements;
    6. Assisting with commercial risk management and dispute resolution.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
    1. Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field;
    2. 5+ years' experience in a Contract Administrator role, with recent experience at a senior level;
    3. Proven track record working on complex commercial or institutional refurbishment projects;
    4. Strong attention to detail and excellent understanding of construction contracts and cost control;
    5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
