We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Instructor to join our team at Thales Group. As a Technical Instructor, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and delivery of CMATS technical training activities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to determine training and assessment solutions
- Design and develop training materials, facilitating training development and preparation activities
- Author and support internal reviews of relevant training material and customer documentation
- Deliver technical training and ensure suitable procedures and practices are engaged during technical training delivery
- Provide professional advice on technical documentation and training matters to the Thales CMATS Senior Technical Instructor
- Prior experience in delivering technical training and performing technical troubleshooting
- Working as part of a team in complex, technology-based projects
- Prior experience in working with commercial IT infrastructure
- Intermediate level skills in MS Office Suite of Tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Australian Citizenship / Ability to obtain & maintain a clearance
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent formal training/education qualification
- Qualification in engineering (hardware, software, IT, cybersecurity, networking), recognised Tech Cert or equivalent experience as deemed appropriate by the Thales CMATS Training Manager
