About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our Technology team. As a key member of our IT Technical Assistance team, you will provide technical support for technology-related queries and local hardware needs across various businesses.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide remote-based IT support function for technology-related queries
  • Offer hardware support for various businesses
  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff requiring help or information regarding technology
Requirements
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Office, 0365, Windows 10 Pro, Active Directory, Microsoft Server Platforms (SCCM), Apple iOS/Mac, and Android
  • Experience in providing desktop support to end users using computerized service management ticketing systems
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Diligence in adhering to security, regulatory, and compliance processes
