Key Responsibilities- Provide desktop support services including visiting end-users to research and resolve hardware/software/connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and repair standard desktop configuration images on laptops/desktops.
- Administer desktop computer support including hardware and software installation and configuration.
- Facilitate remote access to user PCs using remote desktop tools.
- A degree or diploma in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
- Experience in providing Level 1 and 2 support and working in a small team.
- Strong knowledge of Windows technologies and environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Contract employment type.
- Limited hours: 5 days in the office.
- Industry: IT Services and Retail (enterprise client).
- Experience supporting POS terminals.
