**Job Description**

As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless employee experiences from hiring to onboarding.

Your role will involve maintaining accurate and up-to-date employment records, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and serving as a point of contact for administrative personnel management.

Key responsibilities include preparing employment records, explaining HR policies, implementing regulatory updates, collecting and analyzing human workforce data, managing visa and immigration processes, and supporting process improvements.

  • University degree required;
  • A previous experience in a similar role in a multinational company;
  • Ability to work with precision, attention to details and respect to deadlines;
  • Excellent work organization and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
