**The Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about leading a team in HR operations.

The successful candidate will report into the Group Head of Operations in the UK and work out of our Melbourne office.

You will be working with a geographically diverse team to deliver efficient and effective HR services across India, Singapore and Australia.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a manual HR Operations environment in a large organisation (1500+ employees) ensuring compliance with Australian legislative requirements.

Strategic direction from the Head of Operations in the UK will guide this hands-on role, requiring you to ensure delivery on required SLAs while providing excellent customer service to the business.

As a Team Leader, you will be adept at leading a high-performing team, creating and fostering a positive culture. You will attend daily stand-ups, engage with your team regardless of geographical location and support their growth.

This is an opportunity for you to make a meaningful contribution as an engaged and inspirational Team Leader for your team to nurture and grow in their roles while delivering high-quality service to the business.

You will work collaboratively with the wider HR Teams in a global setting, undertake projects and participate in team meetings led by the UK Operations Team, allowing for flexible working hours.
