HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly organized and passionate HR Generalist to join our vibrant and hard-working People Experience team at Salsify.
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the human resources functions for the ANZ region, spanning various HR disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, payroll, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and execute the recruitment process, including all candidate experience, manager experience, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with global PX onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation and training programs.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and fairness in decision-making.
- Administer employee benefits programs and liaise with the Total Rewards team on company level benefit programs and policies.
- Manage and execute all ANZ employee payroll processes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Proven experience in HR roles within a fast-paced environment, with knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across all areas of the global People Experience team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Workday, Greenhouse), Google Suite (Gmail & Drive) and MS Office applications.
