Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our dynamic People Experience team in Manly Vale.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have experience in HR roles within a fast-paced environment and knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Manage and execute the recruitment process, including all candidate experience, manager experience, and operational requirements (job posting, screenings, setting expectations, etc.)
- Coordinate with global PX onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation and training programs.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and fairness in decision-making.
- Advise leaders on employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to managers on performance management processes.
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Liaise with the Total Rewards team on company level benefit programs and policies.
- Liaise with the global Total Rewards team to support compensation activities, such as salary benchmarking, merit increase planning, and bonus programs.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in HR roles within a fast-paced environment, with knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across all areas of the global People Experience team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Workday, Greenhouse), Google Suite (Gmail & Drive) and MS Office applications.
