We are seeking an accomplished Legal Advisor to provide expert support in all aspects of commercial and property law.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating general agreements including confidentiality, consultancy and construction contracts
  • Providing leasing services and managing tenant disputes
  • Assisting teams with property acquisitions and disposals, capital investment opportunities and mandate matters as required
  • Updating documents, conducting research and training the business on legal matters
About You:
  • A proactive lawyer with experience in transactional commercial property law
  • A minimum of 4 years PQE from a reputable law firm or similar in-house environment
  • Prior experience in high-value property transactions
  • Proficiency in managing retail leases ideally
  • Knowledge of construction law is advantageous
