Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Professional to join our team in providing expert legal support for commercial and project-related matters.

  • Provide legal guidance on key agreements with contractors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with business teams to manage risk and progress transactions.
  • Support engagement with external advisors and counterparties to achieve project objectives.

Candidates should possess strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, adaptable and self-motivated individual with a genuine interest in the renewable energy sector and a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Admitted as a lawyer in Australia
  • 3-6 years of experience as a construction or major projects lawyer
