Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our legal team as a trusted advisor, providing expert support across litigation, contracts, risk, and regulatory matters.

As a key member of the in-house legal team, you will work autonomously to help manage a broad portfolio of legal, regulatory, and governance matters. This role requires a strong understanding of law firm practices, regulatory frameworks, and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities include advising on governance, legal structures, partnerships, and commercial agreements, managing litigation, employment disputes, FOI requests, and subpoenas, overseeing risk, insurance portfolios, claims handling, and policy renewals, drafting and reviewing contracts, supporting procurement, and leading tender processes.

The ideal candidate will have circa 4-6 years' experience in corporate commercial, mergers & acquisitions, and/or commercial litigation, with expertise in compliance, legal operations, and professional standards. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, as well as attention to detail, tech-savviness, and a commitment to excellence.
