Recruitment Director

We're seeking a seasoned Recruitment Director to spearhead our global talent acquisition efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for evolving and executing our recruitment strategy, ensuring we continue to attract top talent and build a strong foundation for future success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates across all levels, from junior roles to senior executives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, aligning hiring practices with broader business goals and building a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Lead and guide the recruitment team, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow, thrive, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market conditions, competitive landscape, and trends to inform strategic recruitment insights and recommendations.
  • Nurture relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and external partners, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for junior to executive-level positions.
  • Experience mentoring and developing recruitment team members, with a talent for helping them reach their potential.
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • A clear understanding of the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage recruitment delivery across multiple departments and regions.
  • The ability to build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, constantly iterating on recruitment processes to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
