Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the recruitment and on-boarding of new associates for our Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations, and Sort Centers. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical part in building a diverse and inclusive workforce.

You will work closely with hiring managers to identify talent acquisition needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment and on-boarding process for new associates
  • Develop and maintain effective communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of information between key stakeholders
  • Participate in Workforce Staffing specific projects
  • Continually identify and implement process improvements

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ months of human resources experience
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • High school or equivalent

Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of human resources experience, 1+ years of customer service experience, and 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you'll also receive a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
