Driscoll's is seeking a motivated Team Leader to oversee day-to-day tasks at nursery sites.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves carrying out tractor, forklift and farm equipment operations as directed by site nursery management. Other tasks include hands-on in-field manual activities such as planting, harvesting and other duties, as well as overseeing small teams and working with contract seasonal labour.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the agricultural/horticultural sector (preferred but not required)
  • An enthusiastic and can-do attitude
  • Full working rights
  • A valid drivers licence, Forklift licence, and tractor driving experience
  • Solid communication skills (verbal and written)

About This Role:

As a Nursery Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursery sites. You will be responsible for managing teams and leading by example to achieve high-quality results.
