About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly effective HSE professional to join our team, supporting project teams and contributing to a strong, positive safety culture.">
  • Work closely with senior HSE staff to embed best-practice health, safety, and environmental standards across operations.">
  • Support project teams to improve their HSE performance through coaching, training, and hands-on guidance.">
  • Monitor and review key HSE performance indicators to drive accountability and improvement.">
  • Assist in implementing company policies and procedures at the project level.">
  • Contribute to internal audit programs, reviewing reports and supporting close-out of corrective actions.">
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and inspections to represent HSE interests and support compliance efforts.">
  • Support investigations of incidents, developing practical recommendations and overseeing implementation and closure of corrective actions.">

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Collaborate with project teams, providing strategic insight and practical support to meet HSE requirements.">
  • Manage workers' compensation and return-to-work processes.">
  • Apply knowledge of WHS and Environmental legislation.">
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 2-5 years of experience as an HSE Administrator, Coordinator or Advisor.">
  • Prior experience in construction, infrastructure or industrial sectors.">
  • Qualifications in WHS/OHS (minimum Cert IV WHS; Diploma WHS or equivalent preferred).">
  • Demonstrated knowledge of WHS and Environmental legislation.">
  • Experience in incident investigation, with formal ICAM training preferred.">

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, prior experience in construction, infrastructure or industrial sectors, and qualifications in WHS/OHS. They will also have demonstrated knowledge of WHS and Environmental legislation and experience in incident investigation.
