Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Advisor to drive performance and influence culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in ensuring the health and safety of workers and the environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead internal audits, risk reviews, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Coach team leaders and contractors on safety, compliance, and environmental responsibilities.
  • Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and capability-building workshops.
  • Run site verifications, incident investigations, and close out actions.
  • Manage ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001) and keep the organization audit-ready.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in HSE ideally within construction.
  • Solid knowledge of ISO compliance and WHS, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Confidence leading audits, improving systems, and embedding practical lasting change.
  • Strong communication, planning instincts, and integrity.
  • Ability to navigate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Toolkit, and ERP with ease.
