**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Professional to provide essential patient support in New South Wales, Australia.
This is a casual, inbound-focused position where you will handle patient calls, guide them through preparation requirements, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with clinical teams for smooth transitions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound patient calls regarding pre-admission queries and concerns.
- Guide patients through preparation requirements and documentation.
- Maintain accurate patient records in our healthcare system.
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions.
- Provide empathetic support while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Requirements:
