Service Excellence Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a Customer Service Representative role in our Home & Community Services team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be empathetic and able to make complexity simple. They will also have excellent telephone manner, digital literacy, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Assist with billing enquiries, transport requests, and escalate scheduling issues or additional services as needed
- Record client incidents and manage complaints effectively
- Support community workers through answering calls on our staff line
- Experience in customer service/administration or aged care services
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with high attention to detail
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
