Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to employees and guests of our designated building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will greet visitors with a friendly demeanor and issue visitor passes and parking permits.
  • Making a great first impression is crucial, so you will answer the telephone professionally and create presentations for various-sized groups.
  • You will arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed and coordinate workplace services including mail and office supply services.
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and coworkers and provide solutions in a professional manner.
  • You will organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, set up, and tear down of the room, and delivery of supplies.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
  • Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience is required.
  • You must be able to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information are essential.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset are a must.
