
Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contact via telephone, email, live chat, and other media;
- Facilitate online and phone sales to meet commercial goals and objectives;
- Deliver brand information to clients and collect valuable feedback from clients;
- Process data/information accurately in the system/tools under group data security policy;
- Escalate emergency system issues to the team leader timely and report findings on system improvement if any;
- Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction and report findings to the team leader;
- Follow company policies and procedures and represent the Group in a professional image at all times;
- Collaborate with the Client Service team for repairs and after-sales service requests.
About You:
- You will be responsible for handling client inquiries according to Cartier's Quality Standards and representing the brand's identity and vision at all times;
- You will possess excellent communications skills to accommodate all customer requests, including service requests and sales inquiries;
