We are seeking a Client Relations Ambassador to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
As a Client Relations Ambassador, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via telephone, email, live chat, and social media. You will also facilitate online and phone sales, deliver brand information to clients, and collect valuable feedback from them.
You will be working closely with the Group's existing Client Service team for repairs and after-sales service requests. We are looking for someone who is customer service oriented, sales oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contact via telephone, email, live chat, and other media;
- Facilitate online and phone sales to reach commercial goals and objectives;
- Deliver brand information to clients and collect valuable feedback;
- Process all required data/information in appropriate systems/tools under group data security policy;
- Escalate emergency system issues to team leader timely and report findings on system improvement if any;
- Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction and report findings to team leader;
- Follow company policies and procedures as outlined and represent the Group in a professional image at all times;
- Collaborate with Client Service team for repairs and after-sales service requests.
