Client Services Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide excellent service to our clients, monitoring and responding to their queries.

  • A key responsibility will be participating in local client visits and regulatory meetings.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in client services within the financial services industry.
  • A strong understanding of Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) and Prime Brokerage (PB) products.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build, maintain, and enhance relationships at all levels.
  • Comfortable working with internal and external clients and stakeholders.

This role is a great opportunity for a team player who is willing to help others locally and across locations.

The Client Middle Office team works closely with front-to-back office colleagues globally to manage internal and external client queries, trade allocations, confirmation exceptions, and client money reconciliations. Our key objective is to deliver excellent client services with continuous improvement on process efficiency and risk control.
