Ambassador of Excellent Customer Experiences

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the face of our hospitality services, responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to owners and guests. Your role will involve greeting and registering visitors, providing information on local attractions, and completing relevant paperwork.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer-facing roles, a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be self-motivated, positive, and well-groomed, with impeccable presentation standards.
Your responsibilities will include using communication equipment, meeting guests face-to-face, and generating sales appointments for our centers. You will also be responsible for promoting our company values of excellence, fun, celebration, and support, which foster an inclusive environment where associates can learn something new every day.
