Job Summary

As a Behavioural Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in making a positive impact in clients' lives. Your dedication and skillset will make a significant difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary degree in a relevant field or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in behaviour support. They will be able to effectively support, mentor, and lead fellow behaviour support practitioners while demonstrating genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities.

We value professionals who can manage a caseload, commit to evidence-based assessment and intervention approaches, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and client database is essential, along with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
