We are expanding our positive behaviour support services and seeking experienced professionals to join our mission.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred positive behaviour support in community settings.
  • Develop high-quality behaviour support plans that address individual needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with families, support networks, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Contribute to our evidence-informed practice by staying up-to-date with best practices and research.
  • For Clinical Supervisors, mentor colleagues, promote clinical excellence, and facilitate learning and development to build team capability.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing behaviour support plans.
  • For Clinical Supervisors, experience in mentoring and coaching others.
