We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our organisation and contribute to delivering high-quality behaviour support services to customers across various age ranges.
Key Responsibilities:- To develop, implement, and monitor Behaviour Support plans ensuring they meet individual customer needs.
- Deliver Person Centred Behaviour Support services in accordance with organisational standards.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers within a capacity building model.
- Provide training and support on Person Centred Behaviour Support practices as required.
- Respond promptly to behaviour-related incident reports.
- A minimum of three years' experience in developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans.
- A minimum of three years' experience mentoring staff in Behaviour Support Plan delivery.
- Experience working with diverse customer groups using Positive Behaviour Support approaches.
- Experience providing skills development support.
- Knowledge of Person-Centred approaches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
