**Job Opportunity:** Talent Acquisition Officer

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to assist in the acquisition of top talent for our business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage multiple streams of work, maintaining a strong customer focus and supporting the team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Assist with background and reference checking, report generation, and data analysis.
  • Liaise with internal teams for reporting, systems, and branding queries and support.
  • Support talent management with administrative duties, including presentations, reports, events, and assessment centres.

**Requirements:**

  • 1+ years generalist administrative/human resources/recruitment/project experience in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of policies, practices, and approaches related to talent management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and time management skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and manage expectations with stakeholders.
