Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a professional to develop and maintain a talent pipeline, ensuring a strong employer brand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating reference checks, background checks, and employment contracts. They will also oversee the onboarding process for new hires, building and maintaining relationships with centre managers.
Key requirements include 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the early childhood education sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as well as a proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential, along with a working knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in recruitment. A valid driver's license is also required, as regular visits to our centres are necessary.
