About the Role

This part-time position involves managing a diverse portfolio, with opportunities to grow and nurture it. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and facilitating positive relationships with landlords and tenants, promoting vacant properties, and conducting routine inspections.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting and marketing vacant properties and spaces to prospective tenants
  • Attending routine inspections, private viewing appointments, ingoing/outgoing reports
  • Addressing tenant complaints, violations, and problems
  • Maintaining all records, correspondence, and files
  • Arranging maintenance of properties as required
  • Providing value-added services for both landlords and tenants
  • Communicating effectively with clients
  • Negotiating the letting of property and renewal of tenancies
  • Preparing and managing tenancy agreements in a timely manner
  • Managing receivable accounts and rental income
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Over time, this position has potential to expand to full-time and grow into a leadership role where you will oversee your own team.

About You

  • Current property management registration license
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in property management
  • Knowledge and understanding of property management processes and current industry trends
  • A self-motivated attitude with a strong passion for owners and tenants
  • Ability to prioritize and organize daily tasks
  • Excellent time-management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluent understanding of PM software
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Team player mentality
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Take initiative
