Due to continued growth, we are seeking a qualified, energetic and passionate Property Manager with a minimum of 2 years experience to join our awesome team to help us grow to the next level.

This amazing opportunity will see you working as part of the team managing an exceptionally maintained portfolio of 120 residential properties. No Trust Accounting or weekends required and you will be well supported with admin tasks by a fantastic team.

Responsibilities
  • Main point of contact for a portfolio of properties and clients
  • Performing inspections – leasing viewings/entry/exit/routine
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs of properties
  • Liaising with contractors, owners and tenants
  • Tenancy selection and onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate client/property records within the document management system

Requirements
  • Proven experience Property Management experience of 2 years or more
  • Must hold a valid SA Property Management License
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to work autonomously
  • Good personal presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy with experience with Property Management software (eg PropertyMe, REI forms etc)
