Real Estate Management Professional

This position is responsible for managing our diverse property portfolio, including commercial and residential assets. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records, lease management, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update property records, systems, and ensure the accuracy of lease data.
  • Manage rental payments, including arrears, overpayments, rent increases, and invoice processing.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and third-party managers to support leases, renewals, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual reporting processes related to property, staff housing, and car parking.
  • Negotiate and prepare new lease agreements, renewals, and special conditions with lessors, tenants, and solicitors.
  • Provide strategic property advice to management on acquisition, divestment, and lease negotiations while ensuring compliance with corporate policy.
