Commercial Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Manager to manage portfolios for one of our biggest clients. The role involves overseeing 60 to 110 properties in SA, mostly retail and industrial.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Property Management and possess strong communication skills both written and verbal.

A current Certificate of Registration is also required, as well as own car and Drivers License. Team support is provided by a dedicated Administrator.

  1. Manage between 60 to 110 properties all based in SA - mostly retail and industrial
  2. Prepare commercial leases
  3. Negotiate renewals
  4. Ensure RP Office details are up to date with current details
  5. Daily follow up of rental arrears
  6. Maintenance issues and follow up
  7. Prepare Rent calculations & outgoing forecasts
  8. Annual rent increases & market rent reviews
