About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our Power Projects Team in Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing frontline work personnel and supervising civil projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise civil works, including earthworks, footing systems, drainage, cable accommodation systems, roadworks, fencing, and gravel surfacing.
  • Coordinate resources to fulfill project plan and outage requirements.
  • Manage QA and ensure safety standards are adhered to according to Zero Harm protocols.
  • Efficiently organize and supervise people, plant, and machinery resources.
Requirements
  • Cert III or Cert IV in Civil Construction or equivalent.
  • Track record of working as a supervisor on civil construction, road infrastructure, bulk earthworks, or similar.
  • Experience working on HV substations is an advantage.
